5 Days Alice, Rock and Canyon

Welcomed on arrival. Take a town tour and visit the School of the Air and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Visit Noel Fullerton’s Camel Farm and see the remarkable flat-topped Mt Conner mesa. Arrive Ayers Rock Resort then tour to the great domes of Kata Tjuta (Olgas) and walk into Olga Gorge. Early in the evening, enjoy a glass of wine while watching the changing colours of Uluru (Ayers Rock) at sunset.

Climb to the summit of Uluru (Ayers Rock) or sip champagne as the sun’s first ray’s bathe it in colour, followed by a walk to the waterhole at Mutitjulu. This afternoon, travel through the desert to Kings Canyon.

At Kings Canyon you can choose to walk up the canyon rim and through the ‘Lost City’ and down into the ‘Garden of Eden’, or walk deep into the canyon along the shaded floor. Continue to Alice Springs.
