Day 1
Depart Sydney and travel over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and head north bound for wine country. We cross over the Hawkesbury River to enter into the Hunter Valley one of the finest wine regions in Australia. Your first stop will be for morning tea (own expense) at Wollombi, a quaint and tiny historic Goldrush township.

Our first winery we will visit is Lindemans. Enjoy a private wine tasting experience at this world renowned winery. Visit Hunter Resort and enjoy a presentation on how the winery operates, a truly informative and educational experience. A delicious luncheon is accompanied by wine tastings – your two-course lunch will be complimented with specially chosen wines. Have the opportunity to visit Bluetongue Brewery, home of Bluetongue Beer and perhaps try a tasting paddle of the available varieties (own expense). Further tastings include a visit to Oakvale Winery – be sure to taste their Australian wines. From here your coach captain will transfer you to your overnight accommodation.
The rest of your afternoon and evening is at your leisure, ask the hotel staff for help with any arrangements.

Day 2
After a hearty breakfast (included), the day is at your leisure to arrange further winery tours, enjoy a game of golf, or take a walk through the Arts and Crafts shops in the area. Your coach captain will collect you from your accommodation at approximately 3.15pm and take you to Hunter Valley Gardens.  Here, you will have free time to enjoy some wine, visit the Cheese & Chocolate factory, have a coffee and take in the scenery.

After departing Hunter Valley Gardens we head back to Sydney via Freeman's Waterhole and the Expressway to arrive approximately at 6.15pm.
