1. Fares and Itineraries - Brochured fares are inclusive of GST. Prices are in Australian currency and supersede all prices previously advertised. Circumstances may require us to alter itineraries and fares without notice. Cancellation fees may apply.

2. Discounts & Groups - Apply to all full-time students and senior citizens of Australia and New Zealand. Pension cards/identification must be produced.. Discounts are also available for families, groups, students and YHA Members. Enquire at time of booking. Group bookings of 6 or more attract a10% deposit to secure seats. If cancelled on departure day this 10% may be forfeited.

3. Child Fares - These apply to children 3-14 inclusive, infants under 3 are free if nursed. Children must share with adults on overnight tours.

4. Hotel Accommodation - Basic prices shown are per person, sharing a twin-room. Single rooms may be requested and are at an extra cost. It is necessary to confirm your reservation at time of booking with a 50% deposit. Full payment to be made no later than 24-hours prior to departure.

5. Customers are not permitted to hold koalas by NSW law, but may touch and pat.

6. Smoking - Government restrictions prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches.

7. Not Included in Fare - Lunches, morning and afternoon tea, boat cruises unless specified.
